Job Title:

About the Position:

The incumbent will oversee the entire accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires strong domain expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
