Senior Financial Executive

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our organization's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Oversee fund allocation, mutual funds, and securities investments.
  • Audit bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and Bank Guarantees efficiently.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Ensure timely GST registration and amendments as necessary.
  • Issue and review GST-compliant invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with suppliers' returns (GSTR-2B).
  • File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C accurately within deadlines.
  • Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills according to GST requirements.
  • Comply with GST regulations for imports, exports, LUT filing, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with auditors for GST audit and respond to notices/assessments from authorities.
  • Fulfill TDS, Advance Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Monitor advance tax liabilities, calculate accurately, and make timely payments.
  • Conduct statutory audits, liaise with auditors, and consultants.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, financial laws, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax.
  • Expertise in Mutual Funds, Securities, and Investment Accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience with foreign payments, bank reconciliation, BGs/PBGs.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
