Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and providing excellent support to our business units.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining effective relationships with Infrastructure Leads, peers, and IT Regional Managers. You will also oversee operational tasks, ensure proper documentation is maintained, and provide support in solving incidents, service requests, and problems.

Additionally, you will execute resolution of all incidents and problem enquiries, manage third-party vendors for incident management through to resolution, and check technical conditions of IT equipment and landscape.

You will work closely with the business for any changes or requests for new services and monitor and report on the system's performance, taking corrective action when necessary.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise, organise, and multitask while working in a busy environment.
