Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marine Structure Expert to lead our team in sustainable coastal development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and postgraduate studies in marine structures, with over 10 years of experience in marine structure design, analysis, and construction.

The successful candidate will work on high-profile port development projects, focusing on the design, planning, and construction of marine infrastructure, including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Construction of Marine Structures: Lead the design, planning, and construction of marine infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and sustainability in challenging coastal environments.
  • Coastal Engineering Expertise: Provide in-depth expertise in coastal and marine engineering to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure.
  • Structural & Geotechnical Analysis: Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments to ensure the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.
  • Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure construction processes align with environmental regulations and safety standards to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.
  • Postgraduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport.
  • Experience with risk management and ability to develop cost-effective solutions for marine infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.E. (Civil Engineering), M.Tech or M.Sc. (Marine Structures).
  • Experience in working on port development projects or coastal infrastructure projects in similar regions.
