About this team

The Enterprise Mobility team builds and maintains the underpinnings of our technology environment. We are multiple product and platform teams passionate about continuous, high-quality delivery. Together with our internal and business partners, we co-create a roadmap to deliver reliable, innovative, and value-driven experiences.

A day in the life

As an Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

• Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
• Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
• Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
• Manage:
• Policy creation
• Task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Configuration profile development
• OS updating
• Application packaging and management
• Endpoint security
• Automate and document operational procedures and processes.
• Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively.
• Contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
• Strong knowledge in:
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement)
• Troubleshooting & remote management
• Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
• Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
• Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
