Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will spearhead our expansion into the US market, leveraging your extensive network and exceptional sales skills to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in sales within the HR, recruitment, or technology sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying opportunities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to penetrate the US market
- Utilizing your extensive network to generate leads and cultivate relationships
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with market needs
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and competitive landscape
- Leading sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary, variable incentives, and additional perks.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Gurugram, Haryana, with a flexible work schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite for 5 days a week.
