As a Regional Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to internal stakeholders and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage empaneled trainers and develop tailored training content based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive training plans across induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates. Ensure logistics and SME availability by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Activate and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions to enhance delivery excellence.
  • Team Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery standards.
  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.

Scope of Work:

  1. Deliver training programs to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  2. Design and develop customized training content aligned with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials.
