We're on the hunt for a skilled Graphic Designer to spearhead our visual design efforts. This talented individual will be responsible for crafting engaging designs that bring our brand vision to life, making a lasting impression on our audience.
- Create visually stunning digital campaigns, classroom resources, and other materials that perfectly capture our brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with our founding team to create assets that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Breathe new life into complex concepts by translating them into simple, clear, and captivating visuals for teachers, students, and parents.
- Design resources like infographics, presentations, reports, and digital products that schools actually want to use.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Creative flair: A portfolio showcasing versatility in designing across digital and print mediums, with a keen sense of layout, typography, and storytelling.
- Speed and adaptability: The ability to juggle quick-turnaround social posts with long-form projects like guides and decks.
- Collaborative spirit: Enjoy brainstorming with writers, marketers, and educators, and know how to take (and give) constructive feedback.
- Technical prowess: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools. Bonus points if you're familiar with video editing or motion design.
- Curiosity: A desire to learn about cyber safety, AI, and education, and design in ways that make these topics click for different audiences.
