Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography.

This individual should have experience working with various design platforms, including digital and print formats. They should be proficient in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc & Figma, and have a strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-impact visual materials for digital and print channels, aligning with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver cohesive visual assets.
  • Present design concepts, justify creative decisions, and adapt based on feedback.
  • E nsure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual communication principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
