Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Visual Design Specialist to join our creative team. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to apply your design skills across a range of branding, marketing, and product initiatives.

About the Role

This is a 6-month paid internship with real-world experience in graphic design. You will be working on various projects that will allow you to develop compelling visual content such as social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, website visuals, product UI assets, infographics, and email headers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually appealing content for multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and visually articulate campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, posters, pitch decks, and case study visuals.
  • Support UI/UX teams by creating icons, wireframes, and mockups aligned with product design themes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing creative versatility and attention to detail.
  • Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret feedback constructively.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver quality work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design or UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects or equivalent).
