We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Telecaller to join our team.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about services and doctors' availability, and maintain call records.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups via phone calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information about hospital services and doctors' availability.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/HMIS systems.
- Cordinate with front office and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree with good communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, HMIS/CRM systems).
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
