Role Description
This role requires a representative who will be the face of Bhanzu support for customers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Building rapport with customers through proactive outbound calling and identifying their needs and requirements.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to propose suitable solutions efficiently.
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Developing and maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
- A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a relationship manager, customer service representative, or similar role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems is essential.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- The ability to multitask and remain patient when handling challenging cases is vital.
