Our mission is to impact a million lives through our learning experience. To achieve this, we need to scale and evolve our programs across current and new set of offerings that solve for skill gaps. This role will be instrumental in helping us drive revenue growth and expand our B2B vertical.
- You will work closely with top founders & companies to help them drive revenue for their organizations. 60% of your job will be sales and the rest in demand generation & marketing activities.
- You will build resources, establish partnerships, and processes to help hundreds of founders and companies every day.
- You will chase partnerships/associations with top companies, VC firms & communities in the ecosystem across all GX products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential companies
- Understand company requirements and how we can part of their journey
- Build a sustainable business pipeline and engaging leads via different levers
- Negotiate and close deals on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Phenomenal communication skills across the board- Verbal, written, and body language
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within a product company
- Great documentation and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the organization
