Business Development Executive: Appointment Setter

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team at KESAR HAENGBOG PVT LTD. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for building new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential clients in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building database for prospecting
- Doing prospecting by sending personalized emails, connecting on LinkedIn, and then doing phone calls/VC with potential clients in the US
- Using prospecting/lead generation tools such as Lusha, Sales Navigator, CRM, Zoon info, Rocket reach, etc.
- Educating customers about company services and offers
- Managing outbound and inbound calls daily
- Identifying customer needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
- Responsible for retaining and expanding company's base of customers
- Familiar with using dialer systems and collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in the USA, Canada, and European Union
- Generating and qualifying leads as necessary to build the sales pipeline on a daily basis
- Researching on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics
- Creating outstanding business proposals for our existing and new clients
Requirements:
- Must have handled outbound calls in a B2B company, having clients in the USA and Europe
- Graduate with a deep interest in building their career in sales
- Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency
- Excellent email etiquette skills
- Must have experience of UK/US outbound calling process
- Can handle a minimum of 200 calls a day and schedule appointments
- High level of self-confidence, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high-quality results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
Experience: 2 to 3 years of lead generation and outbound calling experience (specifically in international sales) in countries like the United Kingdom, Canada, United States.
