Job Title: Technical Endpoint Systems Expert

Role: A highly skilled technical expert responsible for the effective management of endpoints.

Location: Work from office – 5 Days/Week

Shift: Rotational (IND Time Zone – 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Role: Technical Endpoint System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support and technical guidance to customers.
  • Offer tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.
  • Engage deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement resolutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the endpoint management space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
