Product Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 2D drawings and 3D modeling, developing bills of material, managing documentation as per ISO standards, and demonstrating technical expertise.
- Prepare assembly and part drawings, as well as 3D models for new product development.
- Develop bills of material (BOMs) and maintain ISO documents.
- Modify existing designs based on manufacturing team requirements.
- Prepare design and drawings for new product development and reverse engineering activities.
- Analyze product costs and perform market analysis.
- Develop and implement design standards and procedures.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
- Manage and work on all ISO-related design documents.
- Train production personnel on approved manufacturing procedures.
- Resolve process and product-related issues to support the manufacturing team.
- Action on customer complaints to resolve them within a specified time frame.
- Prepare internal written correspondence.
Additional Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge-Problem Solving Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks/Siemens NX
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma, CIPET or BE Mechanical Engineering
