Product Development Specialist

As a seasoned Product Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the product roadmap to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles, with the ability to prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch, while also working closely with engineering to ensure technical specifications are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business requirements into product technical requirements
- Integrating customer feedback and experience into product planning and development
- Leading analytics efforts for product performance tracking
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
While not required, expertise in market research and trend analysis would be beneficial in shaping product vision and strategy.
Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps is also desirable.
