Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the channel and bank partners to drive persistency and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening channel/bank partner relationships through regular engagement
  • Monitoring and improving performance tracking of key metrics with partners
  • Ensuring regular governance to discuss KPI movements
  • Providing one-stop solutions for channel and bank renewal-related queries
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for new initiatives and projects to meet business outcomes
  • Data analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MLI process and systems
  • Strong channel partner management skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues/concerns
