Job Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the human resources function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent from various hiring channels or internal referrals.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.
  • Update position tracking tools regularly and provide timely reports.
  • Assist with training needs and implementation according to plans in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Conduct exit procedures, including exit documents, procedures, and exit interviews.
  • Lead performance discussions and provide regular feedback to employees.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage employee issues and grievances.
  • Manage employee surveys and ensure maximum participation.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • A graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and policies in India.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.
