The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Pharmaceutical Executive to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for establishing long-term business objectives and developing high-quality business strategies to achieve these goals.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, driving the business towards achieving its objectives, ensuring operations align with the company's overall strategy and mission, and fostering a strong organizational culture that reflects our values.

You will also be responsible for hiring and coaching commercial and product development teams, representing the company with clients, investors, and business partners, and driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.

In addition, you will identify new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and conduct regular market trend analysis to inform business decisions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive or Country Head/General Manager role, preferably within the Hospital/Health Care/Healthtech, Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology, and Retail industry.

Prior experience within a startup would be a significant advantage, as would a proven track record of managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.

You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, and be a seasoned leader who can build high-performing teams.

Strong analytical skills and comfort dealing with numerical data are essential, as are the ability to work in fast-paced environments and undertake 30-60% travel.
