Job Title: Information Technology Executive

We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to ensure seamless IT operations by managing systems, networks, and user support.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and effective communication to drive business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues;
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi);
  • Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for smooth operations;
  • Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols;
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting;
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills;
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT Security protocols;
  • Overview about VMware and Cyber Security is a plus.
