Power Platform Developer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • They will design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • As part of this role, the candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • The Power Platform Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Staying updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices is essential for this position, as the successful applicant will continuously improve existing solutions.
  • The quality and performance of Power Platform solutions are crucial, and the candidate will ensure rigorous testing and validation to meet these standards.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • A total IT experience of 6-8 years is necessary, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate is also required.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge on Power Pages and Microsoft Fabric is also beneficial.
  • Experience with SQL and data integration techniques is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies is also required.
