Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Development and Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Power BI Expertise: Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Total IT experience of 6-8 years. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- knowledge on Power Pages, Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with SQL and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications.
- Experience: Previous experience in a lead or senior role within a Power Platform development team.
