Marketing Field Officer

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Field Officer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing various field activities to drive student admissions.

You will plan and execute events, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand visibility and generate student leads. Your primary goal will be to ensure effective communication with schools, colleges, and communities to promote our education services.

  1. Develop and implement BTL (below-the-line) activities such as school tie-ups, seminars, apartment/community campaigns, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, and local events.
  2. Create engaging content for these events, including promotional materials, event scripts, and presentations.
  3. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community leaders to promote our education services.
  4. Maintain accurate records of events, attendance, and student leads generated.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve admission targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is desirable.
