International Nursing Counsellor

Nursing professionals and students looking to pursue international careers can find end-to-end guidance with our study abroad services.

As an International Nursing Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding nurses and nursing students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities in various countries.

  • Conduct thorough counselling sessions with nursing aspirants and guide them on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams necessary for international placements.
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements for successful enrolments.
  • Ensure conversion of enquiries into successful enrolments by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless student experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and counselling reports to improve future service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment counseling.
  • Strong understanding of international nursing pathways and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Target-driven professional with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools to manage client interactions effectively.
Performance Metrics
  • Own the sales funnel for International Nursing vertical.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets set by management.
  • Maintain a high counselling-to-conversion ratio to optimize business performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM hygiene to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support students through an end-to-end process with high satisfaction scores to foster long-term relationships.
