Job Title:

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead our branch team.

About the Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our branches. As a strong leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, you will drive excellence in quality service delivery, operations management, fleet administration, sales, and finance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure maintenance of quality of service, customer satisfaction, and effective service recovery through proactive quality control measures.

  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services in the location, implement systems for smooth operation, and monitor operational efficiency to optimize performance.

  • Manage fleet administration according to company standards and policies, monitor proper fleet allocation to clients, and maintain an optimal ratio of chauffeurs to fleet.

  • Develop new clients and increase business from existing clients by analyzing market trends and performance data to meet targets and exceed expectations.

  • Prepare annual budget for the branch, monitor fund flow management, practice expense control, monitor receivables, ensure statutory compliance, and report back with analysis to senior management.

  • Monitor overall branch administration for efficiency, ensure adequate staffing with competent professionals, appraise team members, ensure implementation and monitoring of statutory compliance, maintain ISO standards, and manage contractual employees effectively.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Hotel Management degree or MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the trade, with at least 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen, resource control, and administration skills are required.
