Branch Operations Manager

Job Overview:

  • The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations management
  • Resource management of drivers, gunmen, and custodians
  • Route planning and duty assignment
  • Audit planning and execution
  • Timely withdrawal and collection of cash
  • Operations monitoring and administration
  • Surprise audits to ensure process adherence
  • Reporting of day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring hassle-free operations
  • Roster preparation of crew
  • Maintenance of hardcopy takeover and handover records
  • Adherence to risk mitigation procedures
  • Timely dispatching of routes
  • Follow-up with Vault officer and Bank Officials
  • Team briefings on assigned tasks and SOPs
