Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to deliver high-quality dashboard reporting and data analysis for our clients.

  • Develop and maintain data streams using pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.
  • Build and deploy marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and quality.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing performance metrics and data governance.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying marketing and advertising dashboards.
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Knowledge of SQL and related data streams.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
