About the Role:
This position is responsible for leading research initiatives that drive market insights and client strategies in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide market intelligence on commercial real estate trends, business locations, construction, and transactions.
- Develop detailed reports and analysis to support client-specific assignments and internal requirements.
- Analyze market trends, talent, and city infrastructure to inform strategic decisions.
- Author industry publications and articles to establish thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India or experience setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is desirable.
- Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities with a startup mindset and proactive attitude.
- Self-starter, confident, collaborative, and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
