As a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Alternative Investments, you will be part of a team that shares your vision.

About the Role:
  • You will lead the strategy, design, and execution of key initiatives across the end-to-end Alternative Investments value chain.
  • Assist in defining product vision by connecting client/advisor needs with business goals.
  • Understand current state requirements and offerings define end state, target operating model, and product delivery roadmap.
  • Perform research on the competitive and market landscape, including vendor/fintech offerings, to inform product capability offerings and strategic roadmaps.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly investment plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Execute planned milestones and report forecasted variances with risk mitigation as required.
  • Deliver using agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, quarterly planning, sprint planning, and showcases.
  • Drive adoption of the product among key stakeholders.
  • Develop materials for communication channels such as Morning Meeting, Digital Download, and newsletters.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrates values and diversity & inclusion principles
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-driven with a get-the-job-done mentality
  • Experience visualizing data and strong analytical/quantitative skills using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and PowerPoint
