Alternate Investment Management Professional

A key role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Fundraising:
    • Drive fundraising for Alternate Investment Management (AIF) strategies across various asset classes.
    • Build and expand relationships across distribution partners (private banks, wealth managers, platforms, IFAs) and direct investors (institutions, family offices, UHNIs).
    • Design and execute capital-raising strategies to scale Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Investor Relations:
    • Act as the primary contact for prospective and existing investors.
    • Manage the investor lifecycle — origination, onboarding, reporting, and long-term engagement.
    • Deliver regular portfolio updates, organize roadshows, and conduct investor education sessions.
    • Ensure transparency and trust through proactive communication and high-quality servicing.
  • Product & Market Expertise:
    • Position Alt offerings effectively with a deep understanding of AIF structures, SEBI regulations, and market trends.
    • Collaborate with investment, product, and research teams to align solutions with investor requirements.
    • Track competitive landscape and industry developments to sharpen business strategy.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Work closely with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, operations) for seamless execution.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members within business development and IR.

Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
