Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Product Communication

- Understand and clearly explain a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, traditional instruments, and alternative investment options.
- Guide clients through investment choices aligned with their risk profile and financial goals.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building

- Proactively reach out to potential investors via digital and offline channels.
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline for the founding team.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.

Portfolio Monitoring & Recommendations

- Assist in creating and managing client investment portfolios.
- Provide timely recommendations and portfolio reviews to help clients stay aligned with market changes and objectives.

Sales Support & Marketing

- Collaborate on the development of effective sales presentations and product pitches.
- Assist in drafting marketing plans and executing digital marketing initiatives to generate awareness and leads.

Reporting & Operations

- Prepare regular investment reports in Excel for existing clients.
- Support onboarding processes, documentation, and investor communication.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of financial instruments and investment concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

- Bachelors degree in finance, commerce, or a related field.
- Internship or work experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services.
