About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls and emails from patients and internal teams with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage patient appointments, billing, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for patients, providing them with clear information and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as needed, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field, demonstrating academic excellence and a strong foundation for future growth.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Hospitality & Aviation, showcasing expertise and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills, allowing efficient use of technology to streamline processes.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
