Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and answer product-related questions via phone and email.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on how to enhance their meeting attendance using our marketing engine.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and implement them in our event management software.
  • Develop and maintain all product documentation to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Implement and manage the online portion of client events as needed, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate with clients to review initial implementations and make necessary changes to achieve optimal results.
  • Offer strategic suggestions to clients to improve the overall outcome of the implementation and help them achieve their goals.
  • Document all communication with clients in our CRM software for future reference.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 batch) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • High integrity, ethics, and business acumen, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable using online software products, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
