Account Recovery Specialist Role

The Senior Collection Agent plays a crucial role in managing high-value and complex accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues while also assisting in assessing and monitoring customer credit risk.



Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage high-value and complex accounts to recover outstanding dues promptly.
  2. Assess and monitor customer credit risk to minimize potential losses.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective account management practices.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, collections, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
