Medical Data Analyst Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a range of healthcare data projects, encompassing data extraction, complex analysis, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Extract, enter, and verify the quality of healthcare datasets.
  2. Assist in developing and managing market definitions, including NDC, ICD, and disease-related coding.
  3. Conduct comprehensive end-to-end HCP profiling using secondary research methodologies.
  4. Validate medical data to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data extraction, analysis, and reporting processes.
  6. Manage data extraction and analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  7. Present findings to internal teams and clients.
  8. Engage with medical societies, conferences, associations, and professional advisory groups to gather research insights.
  9. Lead strategic planning for medical data projects, aligning with business objectives.
  10. Provide domain expertise across multiple disease areas.
  11. Collaborate with global teams on high-impact healthcare research projects.
  12. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, clinical trial data, and healthcare coding systems.
  2. Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and project management.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and timelines.
  4. Strong collaboration skills with effective teamwork.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights.
  6. Bachelor of Pharmacy degree preferred but not mandatory.
