Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HCM technical consulting, with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM systems. They will be responsible for delivering the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of these systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems
  • Creating Reports using BI Publisher
  • Converting data using HDL
  • Developing fast formulas
  • Understanding Redwood framework and Journey configuration
  • Personalizing and customizing pages using VBS
  • Migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Developing integrations using REST APIs
  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation
  • Participating in requirement collection discussions with business stakeholders
  • Managing integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Providing training and support to business users
  • Ensuring data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus
