Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

This role requires a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, with experience in implementation, configuration, and support of various modules, including Payroll (US) with combinations of Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.

  • The successful candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and be able to lead RFP responses, collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • They will also map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, identify functionality fit/gaps, and provide solutions.
  • In addition, they will configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs and document application setups.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within HCM modules is also a key responsibility.
  • The consultant will conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
  • Collaboration with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions is essential.
  • Testing and validating technical components, resolving issues as needed, and supporting clients during test phases and resolving implementation-related issues are also key responsibilities.
  • Developing end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions is critical.
  • Overseeing offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc., leading demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients, ensuring client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams are also important aspects of this role.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources is required.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules, conducting client workshops, configuration, and training sessions, and experiencing in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports are all desirable skills.

  • Experience in implementation, configuration, and support of various modules.
  • Ability to lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
