Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-impact projects across multiple geographies.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, costs, and benefits. You will also manage diverse project teams, vendors, and technology partners, drive organizational change, business analysis, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions
  • Define scope, timelines, costs, and benefits for key initiatives
  • Manage diverse project teams, vendors, and technology partners
  • Drive organizational change, business analysis, and governance
  • Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
  • Support strategic growth, mergers, and integration projects

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting
  • Strong exposure to Insurance / Financial Services industries
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Hands-on expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio); Power BI is a plus
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
