The Senior Interior Design Director is a key position responsible for driving the success of our interior design projects. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and providing guidance and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:

Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers to deliver exceptional results and meet project timelines and budgets.

  • Client Collaboration:

Developing design proposals that meet client needs and presenting design concepts that exceed expectations.

  • Project Management:

Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

  • Design Development:

Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.

  • Coordination and Collaboration:

Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.

  • Design Expertise:

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
