Senior Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Director to lead our banquet and catering services. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of events.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage day-to-day operations for banquets and catering functions.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver exceptional events.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless event logistics.
  • Maintain quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and manage staff.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or events.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control.
