Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Crowne Plaza Meetings Manager to oversee our events and conferences.

  1. Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement event strategies, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  2. Team Supervision: Lead a team of employees to provide exceptional service to clients, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Conflict Resolution: Address customer and employee concerns in a fair and professional manner.
  4. Store Operations: Monitor store activity, ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
  5. Process Improvement: Analyze information and develop more effective processes and strategies.
  6. Business Development: Establish and achieve business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
  7. Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring signage and displays are attractive.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other stakeholders.
  9. Employee Management: Ensure staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning or management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles.
