We're looking for an experienced Webinar Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key player in our SaaS company, you'll be responsible for developing and executing webinars that engage our audience, drive lead generation, and align with our marketing goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional webinar experiences and have a data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Webinar Planning & Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive webinar plans that meet our marketing objectives.
    • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
    • Oversee the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
    • Manage technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals.
    • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Coordinate promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize webinar attendance.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success.
    • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve webinar content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
