Executive Support Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our Founder across various aspects of operations, strategy, personal logistics and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, travel and personal logistics
  • Coordinate with the Founder for meetings, events and personal commitments
  • Track birthdays, social events and personal commitments; ensure timely execution
  • Organise and maintain personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials)
  • Ensure car cleanliness, servicing and maintenance schedules
  • Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries and event coordination
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers and partners

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead operational execution: workflows, communications and follow-ups
  • Monitor attendance, payroll, payouts and team bandwidth

Project & Strategy:

  • Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights and actionable follow-ups
  • Utilise Notion, Asana, Google Workspace and AI tools to streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with the Founder on brand strategy, pitches and business development
  • Conduct research, audits and prepare strategic presentations
  • Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects

Personal Development & Wellness:

  • Deliver daily personal training sessions as required
  • Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress and ensure safe, effective sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in EA, operations or support roles
  • Certified personal trainer (preferred or demonstrable training experience)
  • Valid driving license
