Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations professional to oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and dispatch coordination across multiple channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and multitasking expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely order processing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless dispatch operations.
  • Warehouse Optimization: Oversee packaging quality, returns, and warehouse organization to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain reports using Excel, WMS/ERP, and track operational metrics to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in operations/logistics/e-commerce roles.
  • Skills: Advanced analytical & problem-solving knowledge, strong communication skills (verbal & written), and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a progressive mindset.
