Job Title: Elevator Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend to routine maintenance and code updates in a timely manner.
  • Ensure 100% service visit completion rates for RM and HK regions.
  • Perform repairs as necessary, adhering to established protocols.
  • Audit and return copies of completed work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor elevator systems to ensure WWJSSS standards are met.
  • Generate task leads to optimize productivity.
  • Oversee completion of Performance Utilization Index (PUI) reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in servicing elevators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated individual.
