Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Elevator Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of elevator maintenance and repair, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to call backs and routine maintenance tasks for elevators in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure 100% service visits for RM & HK areas, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Perform repairs as required, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
  • Audit copy return (ACR) and pink copy return (PCR) processes must be followed accurately
  • Monitor elevators to ensure compliance with WWJSSS standards
  • Generate T leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Complete PUI tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently in a dynamic environment
