Field Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead our field operations team and drive excellence in customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain good working relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability.
  • Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
  • Monitor employees' daily activity and ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Drive service transformation initiatives and enhance field productivity.
  • Plan non-price visits to customers and visit job sites regularly to maintain CRM.
  • Manage receivables and work towards customer delight and appreciation.
  • Track customer complaints and provide speedy response/resolution.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in customer handling role.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field.
