**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, and servicing of lifts (elevators) to ensure optimal functioning.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent accidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to lift operations using knowledge of electrical wiring and systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to complete complex repairs or installations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and testing results.
- 2-5 years of experience in lift installation maintenance, or repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to lift operation.
- Familiarity with safety protocols for working at heights and confined spaces.
