**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician with over 2 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevator systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of elevators and escalators.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
- Attend service calls and troubleshoot breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Replace faulty parts, adjust settings, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and repair requirements.
- Support installation teams when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator servicing and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of elevator control systems, wiring diagrams, and safety codes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work on-call and in emergency situations.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Physically fit to handle equipment and work at heights.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
